The items shown on this site are from a private collection of many hundreds of rare books, maps, and manuscripts. They are offered for sale by the owner, who is based in Athens, Greece.

All items listed on this site are currently available to view in Central London by appointment. Alternatively, we can arrange to bring any items to you for inspection within Greater London. Please contact us to arrange this, or for further information.

Please note that we are not book dealers, but are merely providing an online shop window for the seller. Prices shown are for guidence only; any reasonable offers will be considered by the owner. Ideally, we would prefer you to inspect the condition of a book before deciding how much it would be worth to you.

We have access to many other books not shown here. If you would like us to enquire whether an item is available, please send details (title, author, publisher, date and any other comments) to us.

Terms and Conditions

All items are offered subject to availability and the owner's acceptance of your offer to buy. While we attempt to keep site information as up-to-date as possible, occasionally items may have already been sold.

We take great care to provide you with accurate descriptions for each item, however, we are unable to warrant that the information is accurate or complete and strongly recommend that you personally inspect an item prior to purchasing it. If you are unable to do so and would like to make an offer for an item, please contact us.

Where applicable, any packing and shipping charges will be extra and agreed with you before shipment. Should any item that has been sold unseen prove unsatisfactory, please let us know. Any refunds will be less shipping costs plus a £10 handling fee and subject to the item being returned in the same condition as when it shipped.

All items remain the property of the original owner until payment has been received in full.
